This Software as a Service is delivered with a guaranteed availability of 99.95% uptime 24/7, measured on a monthly basis. Meaning the Service as a planned maintenance window of 36 minutes per month.

Support response times

During the Central European (summer)Time Zone of 08:00 - 17:00, support requests are started within 30 minutes. Support requests outside this period support requests are started before 09:00 the next day.
